How do I get in touch with a verifier?

To reach out to Individual verifiers and Accredited Certification bodies, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the EPD Portal

2. Navigate to Resources > Contact verifier

On this page, you will find:

- General information about Third party verification

- Guidance on what to include in your initial email

You can also browse:

- The Individual verifiers tab

- The Accredited Certification bodies tab

In these tabs, you will find lists of available verifiers and certification bodies, including their contact details, so you can reach out to them via email.

List of individual verifiers and accredited certification bodies are also available on our website. However, email addresses are only accessible within the EPD portal when logged in.
