How do I leave feedback or complaints on an EPD or other document?

For our quality management it is very important that the Secretariat get information if there are any irregularities with EPDs, PCR or other published documents. To file a complaint, contact us via our helpdesk: https://www.environdec.com/support. 

To handle the complaint we need information about name, registration number, etc. of the document complained of. The complaint also must be clear in what way the document does not meet the requirements in the GPI, ISO 14025, EN 15804, applicable PCR or other steering documents. 

Anonymous complaints are not considered.
