How do I report an EPD deviation?

Created by Tania Bethoon, Modified on Fri, 4 Apr at 1:45 PM by Tania Bethoon

Any stakeholder may contact the Secretariat with complaints on valid and published EPDs that may have a potential deviation. An EPD shall be updated and re-verified during its validity if there are errors in the declared information (see GPI 5.0.1 section 8.4.9). Such a complaint shall (in accordance with GPI version 5.0.1 section 5.5):

  • not be anonymous,
  • include a clear description of the scope and nature of the complaint, and
  • include a reference to the rule in the GPI, ISO 14025, PCR or other reference that is the topic of the complain

If you would like to report a potential EPD deviation, please fill out the form for potential deviations at the bottom of this page.

If you would like to report several EPDs that are unrelated to each other (e.g. different EPD owners and/or verifiers), we kindly ask you to do so using separate forms.

Your request will be registered and handled by the EPD Compliance team once you have filled out the form.
