During the PCR development process, there is an open consultation during which any interested party is welcome to provide comments. The open consultation is further described in Section 9.4 of the General Programme Instructions. Ongoing open consultations are listed here. Estimated timelines for future open consultations of PCR versions under development are announced in the PCR Library.
Any stakeholder is also welcome to provide comments on a PCR during other steps of the PCR development or during the PCR validity period by contacting the PCR Moderator by e-mail or the Secretariat via our Helpdesk: https://www.environdec.com/support/
